Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns on Lifelines Products within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is:
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
Here’s how it works:
• Email us at NDCrew@ndlifecollection.com to request a return.
• We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label.
• Once we get the item back and confirm it’s in original condition, we’ll issue a
refund minus two things:
1. The return shipping cost, and
2. A $3 restocking fee
The restocking fee helps us cover part of the original shipping and repackaging process.
