Every item is made to order to minimize waste and maximize awesome, so once you click “Buy,” it’s a forever kind of love story. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and details before you order. Thanks for understanding and making a conscious choice to support neurodivergent creativity! Choose wisely, friends!
Why Not?
Everything at ND Life Collection is made-to-order — printed just for you when you hit "buy." That means we don’t hold inventory, and we don’t resell returned items.
We're a small neurodivergent-owned brand trying to do this ethically and sustainably, not a giant warehouse with a no-questions-asked return chute.
So: no returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.
(Unless we seriously messed something up — see below.)
What If My Order Is Wrong or Damaged?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong thing, please take the following steps:
1. Contact us via email NDCrew@ndlifecollection.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include the following in your email:
• Your Order Number
• Photo of the issue
• Description of what went wrong
3. We’ll make it right — promise!
